VF Team Role:
Starting in out in the title industry, and a few years supervising composition and proof-reading departments for a naval sub-contractor, Denese has worked for Rich Vial as his legal secretary, and then paralegal since 1991. Through the various entities and partnerships that led to VF Law, her role evolved into something more than Rich’s Girl Friday. Her duties are always evolving through the years, but for the most part she is a trouble-shooter. She helps solve client issues that may arise, procedural problems, and human resource, payroll and billing concerns. She is one of VF’s best fans!
