With attorneys in several different states and many different practice areas, we have the internal tools to collaborate in order to provide our clients the best service possible.
Here are the benefits that we offer for full-time staff (available after 90 day waiting period):
- PTO – accrued per pay period
- 9 Paid Holidays/Year
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance – full employee premium paid after 90 days; after a year of employment, VF will cover a significant portion of family/dependent premiums as well
- We offer both PPO and HSA plans for medical/vision
- Voluntary Insurances available, inc. term life insurance, critical illness, STD, LTD, Accident
- 401k – can contribute following 90 days; matching funds available after a year of employment
- EAP program
Attorneys are offered the same benefits as staff with the following differences/additions:
- PTO is awarded in a lump sum on hire/anniversary dates
- We pay for Continuing Legal Education costs (CLEs)
- We pay state bar licensing fees and have an excess liability policy to cover attorneys
- We reimburse half of the cost of a bar prep course with a passing score
