Beau is accomplished in business, probate, real estate, and litigation, representing clients in numerous forums and within many practice areas.
Professional Experience:
Beau has significant experience in real estate and business matters, ranging from run of the mill transactions to bet the business litigation. He commonly serves as an outside general counsel to firms of all shapes and sizes. Representative industries served include: timber, agriculture, real estate development and management, health care, and numerous construction trades.
Beau has litigated constitutional rights cases, countless real estate and business disputes, and condemnation matters. He is regarded for his thoughtful, but aggressive advocacy for his clients.
Real estate and business sale agreements, commercial leases and entity formation are all within his wheelhouse. Beau works with his closely-held business clients to develop succession and estate plans. Many of Beau’s clients also rely on his counsel when they need assistance with administration of a trust or probate estate.
Beau serves as a member of the board of directors for the Oregon Property Owners Association Legal Center, formerly known as Oregonians In Action Legal Center. He also serves on the attorney advisory committee for the Western Resources Legal Center (WRLC) associated with Lewis and Clark Law School.
Beau has been recognized by Super Lawyers as an Oregon Rising Star in 2014, 2018, 2019.
When he is out of the office, Beau can be found spending time with his wife and their two sons, enjoying outdoors.
