Rob has successfully recovered millions of dollars for homeowners and homeowners associations and homeowners by way of settlement and successful trial verdict. Rob has represented homeowners and HOAs in Arizona since 2003 and has been active in AACM and CAI for years.

Personal/Family:
Rob is originally from Rhode Island and has resided in Arizona for over twenty years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Rob attended law school on a Dean’s merit scholarship where he was a member of the Law Review and served as President of the Student Bar Association. He received the American Jurisprudence Award and was on the Dean’s List Honor Roll. Rob is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Construction section of the Arizona Bar, he has practiced in both state and federal courts in Arizona. He has been an active member of CAI and AACM for years. Rob has been quoted in a number of publications including Smart Money Magazine and The Arizona Business Gazette and a number of trade magazines. He loves living in AZ but is also an avid traveler.
