
Professional Experience:
Michael has been with VF since 2006. Michael provides comprehensive representation to homeowner associations of all types. Michael assists associations with interpreting, amending, and enforcing their governing documents, drafting resolutions, and all types of litigation. In addition, Michael regularly represents clients with personal injury claims, and also handles a wide variety of real estate and business litigation. Michael is a frequent speaker on all areas of homeowner association law. Prior to law school, Michael worked in Washington, DC in federal transportation policy as a research analyst.
