Practice Emphasis:
Marcus Martinez dedicates his legal practice to helping planned communities, and condominiums of all sizes throughout Arizona and New Mexico. He works directly with boards of directors and managers in all matters involving HOA and Condo law, including drafting and enforcement of governing documents, elections, assessment collection, contract review, and general litigation to enhance the community.
Professional Experience:
Marcus joined the firm’s Arizona office in May 2018. Before joining the firm, he spent a year and a half at a Creditor’s Rights Firm in Scottsdale, AZ where he focused on Debt Collection for Retail Credit Card Debt and Commercial Litigation. Before pursuing a law degree, he was a Math Professor at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
Community Involvement:
Marcus has been active in the Arizona Wills for Heroes Program where he provides advice in drafting and executing testamentary documents for first responders all around Arizona.

Marcus is an avid sports fan of everything from football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and golf. He also loves to listen to podcasts about sports, politics and current events. In the future he wants to travel with his family and hopes to coach his kids’ sports teams.
