Professional Experience:
Karna joined VF’s Oregon office as an Of Counsel attorney in 2020. Prior to joining VF, Karna spent more than 25 years at Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP, including 20 as partner, where she represented more than 1,000 Oregon and Washington homeowners’ associations in assessment collection, enforcement of covenants, document interpretation, and amending governing documents. In addition, Karna worked with cities, counties, surveyors, banks and the Oregon Real Estate Agency while representing developers and builders in drafting documents for condominium, subdivisions, and planned unit development projects.
