Professional Experience:
Brittaney joined VF in 2018 as a law clerk in her first year of law school. Brittaney continued to clerk with VF throughout the duration of her schooling before joining VF as an attorney in 2020 upon passing the Oregon State Bar. During her time with VF she has assisted associations in various matters, including assessment collection and foreclosure lawsuits, CC&R enforcement matters, interpreting and amending governing documents, defending fair housing complaints, and navigating bankruptcy filings.

Personal/Family:
Brittaney was born and raised in Eagle, Idaho and remains a true Idahoan at heart. She moved to Portland, Oregon for law school in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the city and the rain. In her free time, Brittaney enjoys taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer including spending time camping and fishing in the great outdoors.
